Originally from the DRC, Francis moved to Oklahoma to attend the University of Oklahoma. As a Tulsa ServiceYear fellow, he serves at Urban Coders Guild as the Administrative Coordinator. Francis is most excited to work alongside his peers and get to know the city of Tulsa.
