We are seeking 10 exceptional recent grads or college seniors for our 7th Cohort.

You have completed college (or in senior year) in the U.S.

You are passionate about serving your community

You are able to relocate in Tulsa

You must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship

Cohort 7 Fellow Application Process

Apply to TSY

Submit your application to join the upcoming cohort of Tulsa Service Year.

Evaluation period

DEC 2025

The TSY team reviews the applications. We will contact you for a 1st round interview to further evaluate you as a potential fellow.

Hosted visit of Tulsa

FEB & MAR 2026
(3 day trip)

We want you to really get the sense of the city before committing. This trip is paid for by TSY, and there are options.

Match Day

MAR 2026

Selected fellows will receive offer letters from Tulsa Service Year with their matched employers. Applicants who have not been selected will be informed prior to match day.

Tulsa bound & Begin

Late MAY 2026

Prepare you plans to arrive and live in Tulsa, before Orientation day and Welcome Week.

What you’ll do

Bring on the impact

Tulsa, Oklahoma

You'll tackle a meaningful high-impact work assignment where the organization's mission meets your interests. Your role comes with defined responsibilities, but also flexibility to shape projects around your goals and the skills you want to build.

The most meaningful part of Tulsa Service Year was me becoming. It pushed me in ways that I didn't even know I needed. That year post-college is what started the rest of the chapters of my life. For that, I am so grateful.
